    Great effort!

I'll be there too, although I've been twice before, once, (when their ground was being re furnished), we decided to go in the home stand, and it was the scariest 90 mins I've ever had in a football ground, some right lunatics in there!!

TV games have not been announced yet. Could BBC Wales / S4C select our game or the jacks?

Wigan game is listed as Wednesday as Bournemouth are playing on the Sunday before. We can't get moved to the Thursday as we are a TV game the following Saturday.

I'm guessing mainstream channels will choose the Wigan game and either Chelsea or West Ham,

    FA Website says

    Tuesday 16 January 2018

19:45 Leicester City VS Fleetwood Town
19:45 Mansfield Town VS Cardiff City
19:45 West Ham United VS Shrewsbury Town
19:45 Swansea City VS Wolverhampton Wanderers
    19:45 Chelsea VS Norwich City
19:45 Sheffield Wednesday VS Carlisle United
    20:00 Reading VS Stevenage

    Wednesday 17 January 2018

19:45 Wigan Athletic VS AFC Bournemouth

Fixture dates and times may change, subject to TV selections

Do we know which date the BBC have coverage? If they have a game on the Tuesday night; wouldn't be at all surprised for us to be shifted to the Wednesday still, if BBC Wales or S4C want to pick it up. They won't want to put 2 games up against each other on terrestrial TV.

Mansfield are selling tickets now and advertising the game as 7:45pm on the Tuesday so unless they televise it that night I can't see it changing.

BBC are televising Chelsea v Norwich on the Wednesday. BT Sport haven't announced a game yet

BT have chosen Leicester v Fleetwood. zzzzz

So the TV companies have picked the two highest placed Premier League sides with home draws against lower division clubs.

The two ‘magic of the cup’ ties were Mansfield v Cardiff (based on giant killing value and the reward for the winners) and Wigan v Bournemouth. But they’ve gone down the safe uninspiring route.

How strange and a kick in the nuts for the said clubs.
Corporate decision? I mean the TV staff are probably better looked after by the richer sides?
(not suggesting for one minute any corruption)

Premier League dominates everything. The BBC tries to sell the " Magic of the Cup " but the wand has long
since been broken by greedy Premier League teams who see qualifying for the Chumpions League as the
    biggest money spinner.

Yes Chumpions is not a typo.

In all honesty what do you expect. Won't be many watching anyway. They don't really want to show any other than the "elite" sides.

TV coverage of football is a crock of shit, self effacing nobodies on the tv pandering to their egos.
