Stats probably don't exist any more but I reckon that partnership of Chopra's movement and McPhail's vision was arguably the best in the division.

Colchester 3-1 Cardiff (McPhail sent off in the 90th minute) - Hardly game changing.

Stoke 3-0 Cardiff (McPhail sent off 85th minute) - We were 3-0 down after 65 mins, again, hardly game changing.

08/09
Swansea 2-2 Cardiff (McPhail sent off 51st minute) - This possibly was game changing as I fancied us to win after going 2-1 up then Swansea equalised.

09/10
Reading 0-1 Cardiff (McPhail sent off 75th minute) - We won, didn’t change the game.

So 1 out of his 4 was probably game changing.

Not a very exciting prospect

Playing as a winger in a Warnock team is actually a different prospect than many championship sides.
Because we don't build our game on keeping possession our wingers are more encouraged to try to beat their man, and because we try to play on the counter attack, against disorganized defences the quality of the final ball may not be as important.
I think this guy sounds like he may be a good fit for us.
The winger at Middlesborough Adama Traore would be another one who I think could flourish under Warnock. Statistically one of the best dribblers in Europe, but so far in his career hasn't led to much end product.
