    Mansfield Field Mill

this has a magical attraction for me.
No idea why I just think it is a game to be at.
New ground and the magic of the cup.
How many tickets have we been allocated?
Can we sell out...the away tickets not the football performance.
Next round worth half a million minimum so I expect lot of bookings on the night.

Its a dump. I went there 20 odd years ago - one of the last games of the season when we got promoted from the dungeon. Stands behind each goal were derelict. City sold out stand on side of the pitch. About 200 City in home end on other side of pitch as well with police corden and chair flying back and forth. Think it finished 0-0. Happy days...

Edit - we lost 3-0!! Bad memory!

If it’s a s hole like Kenilworth or Loftus or Brentford or Peterborough (not 0-4 up at Ht)
Or Walsall or Colch’s Layer Road sadly now gone. Bring it on. Old grounds are the best.
    Remember Ninian anyone?

It's nowhere near as bad now. Brother in law is a Stag, I went with him to their game this season the day before Forest game. It only has 3 used stands, but the main stand is like if they modernised the grandstand at Ninian, our end looks like old canton stand and other behind the goal slightly bigger. It makes Luton look even worse than it really is

Still made to look like Las Vegas by RCT, Merthyr, Blaenau Gwent, Caerphilly blah blah.
