    From what I saw on the video he's fekd. Think it stops being self defence when the assailant is backing away from you clearly not up for it any more. Plus the amount of punches he was throwing.

    Yeah, that was my thought. There were 3, 4 opportunities for it to have ended and at each point you see the other twats walking away only for Stokes to throw a punch.

    The others are rightly also being charged.
