How do I get a ticket for a pensioner who is a season ticket holder but has no access to the internet?

He's rung me yesterday to get a ticket for him. He travels from Porthcawl for all the home games (and was at the Mansfield home game) but has no transport to get to Cardiff to queue and in any case would not be able to stand in a queue for an hour.
