Don't think he is on loan anywhere? But has been attracting attention from British clubs for a few years now, someone will make a move sooner or later.
I think he will go for closer to 10m than 5 though, so can't see us being in that particular race.
Trouble is they cant get all of him into their cameras focus ,they have only watched him from the chest down ,therefore only offering 70% of his true value .
