It really hasn't. He's undoubtably one of Wales' best players. But he can't win a game on his own like Bale can. In fact, when Bale isn't playing, Ramsey often panics. I'm not knocking him. I'm just saying he's not as good as some make him out to be. He's not influential. He's not Lampard. He's not Gerrard.

Yet he was far far better than Bale in the Euros itself. Think Bale burnt himself out in qualifying where he was world class. Not been since though.

Not at the Euro’s. Bale was still on fire then. Bale had minimal impact in the WCQ. Without one of Bale or Ramsey for Wales it feels like we’ll hold our own but not win enough games
