RIP Jack Haines

Sad news this morning passed to me by a another Bluebird, early this morning Jack Haines passed away after a sudden illness over the weekend.

Jack supported the bluebirds for decades and was one of three supporters who made the trip to Tashkent to see City play Moscow Torpedo (Moved from Moscow to the Ukraine because of the cold weather).

Jack was on personal name terms with Jimmy Scholar and his players and even flew with the team to away games on occasion.

Jack travelled to all the Wembley matches of recent years and was this year sitting in level four with his friend's Keith and Mel.

RIP Bluebird.
