There appears to be some kind of problem with the sign-in webpage. As you can see from the screenshot at the top right-hand side, the dropdowns are overlapping each other.
When I mouse click vaguely in that area, it eventually brings up my account details, but I'm still not able to log in ... it just says "Please wait while we complete your secure sign in".
Their customer support is non-existent - I've used the "Contact Us" feature about 5 times since the beginning of the season for various issues, I've yet to receive one reply from them.

No. It worked ok for the Bolton game; but I am in the UK so don't get live video, only audio.
