    Rochdale v cardiff late 90s

Best chips in nearby chipie ive ever tasted.
Also they had a club shop catalogue full of scantly clad women.
    Great day out

I can't imagine tasting a chip that tasted so different from other chips it was clearly the best chip I'd ever experienced. Having said that, I always preferred chips from the Chinese. Maybe it was the oil they used.

You could have half dressed woman in the club catalogue back then. The old club shop at NP used to sell skimpy knickers with a written message on the front 'I scored at Ninian Park' that's before feminists took over the world and stopped us doing stuff.

I had Pie peas and gravy at Spotlands early 90`s.
It was up there with best away food I`ve ever had.

Re: Rochdale v cardiff late 90s

Went there twice in the nineties. We beat them away on our dungeon championship winning season in 93. We were behind the goals then.
The other time we went there first away of the season late 90s I think. Think it was 3-3 and we were on the side of the pitch fir that one. Nathan Wigg was playing for us. He thought he was something special that guy. Charlie big spuds. On this occasion we were walking back to our car and a bus full of Rhondda lads stopped and asked us for a dance. Luckily we had time to explain that we were also Cardiff as they were big ****ing lumps to say the least.
