Just a quick question, why do our defenders have to volley or whack the ball forwards as soon as it gets to them? I don't recall one moment in the first half where a defender chested a ball down or tried to control it when under no pressure whatsoever, show a bit of composure then make an educated decision about what to do with the ball. I'm not expecting 4 Franz Beckenbauers, but this constant launching of the ball doesn't help us at all.

First thing I noticed when Warnock landed , there's ball ,dont mess with it, kick out don't try walk it out and risk losing it , shape up for the returning ball , sometimes the ball ens up with our forwards , goal .
