The answer to gun crime in America?

So now the Bully Donald Trump blames one poor cop for
what happened whilst saying he will never repeal the
second amendment ( the right to bear arms ).

He is in the NRA's pocket for sure.

I heard it was 4 armed cops who stood outside and let him get on with it. Also the FBI were tipped off about the shooter and they ignored it. There was also a local policy in place not to prosecute kids for any offences.
