If we went up i don't think Warnock would be too wasteful or take risks with new recruits. I'm sure he would go for tried and tested or players who are hungry or have a point to prove. It’s not much really, it will all go on transfers and wages. Some of the smaller clubs pay out 80/90% of there income on wages in the PL.
