Turns out loads of others have had one.

Yes, it's bollocks. The truth is that this is a wangiri scam. You can answer the call without risk. Usually the call cuts out before you can get to it - what they want you to do is miss the call & then call the number back - at very high international rates. +252 is the country code for Somalia.
