Slade signed Peltier - from memory, Malky signed Ralls and Connelly, Morrison was an Ole signing and Richards a Trollope one.

I wonder who told Ole to sign Morrison.

Ralls was brought in when Dave Jones was here by Neil Ardley

I think Connelly might have been Mackay, as I am fairly certain he was in his promotion winning side. We paid a high price for Morrison, so I think that was an Ole signing. Wasn't Jazz Richards a Trollope signing?

Ardley brought in Ralls. Connolly was signed by Mackay, Morrison was signed by Soslkjaer, Peltier was signed by Slade and Richards was signed by Trollope

Peltier was a great bit of business. If the quoted figures are correct, we sold Brayford to Sheff Utd for 2m and bought Peltier for 300k.

OGS signed Manga and Pilkington too. He had big money to splash around but he bought some decent players. Then again, he signed Digkacoi and Berget, so swings and roundabouts.

I'm pretty sure Peltier was signed for a nominal fee. He's been an absolute bargain.

This is why I like Warnock , he's praising players he didn't sign and they are at the heart of his team

    That's a good manager

And he didn't sign Bennett either did he ?

Perhaps the the more enlightening answer who spotted them .as I do think the managers sometimes don't always dictate matters and the backroom and scouting folk don't always get its due credit

I thought he was a free.
Out of contract and Huddersfield had Tommy Smith IIRC as first choice
