Thread: Ireland v Wales Egg

    Re: Ireland v Wales Egg

    Good advert for the game.
Not a purist and would not have a clue why Wales had so little possession (I assume it is a forward issue?) but they are very exciting from open play.

Quick visit to the gents and then I'm off to put my kilt on!

Not a fan? Anything to do with the fact that’s it’s an all Ireland team maybe?

Agreed - deserved. They beat us up front. Great pressure from them

Got interesting when we played the ball in hand - excellent game though

Calm down you clown, I'm not a fan of Rugby.
    Your ignorance is embarrassing.

I'd always support an All- Ireland team . As all do.

Sorry but rugby has become incredibly tedious with too many interruptions in play and the excitement has gone. Totally inconsistent refereeing and Ireland as always spoiling play. Wales blew hot but mostly cold and were ill disciplined and not streetwise against clever opposition. Hope we’re smart against the wurzels which is much more meaningful in the grand scheme of things.

But we've only got France and Italy left to play

Wales unable to defend continuing rolling mauls (Ireland tactics for 60-70% of all games).
In the end bullied out of it.

Would not pay to watch Ireland on a regular basis. One dimensional.
Unfortunately for rugby, it gets results....

Ireland by far the better team but that ref was shocking

Rugby has become a hybrid of Rugby League. Driving on from one tackle to the next. 30 phases etc.

    I'd rather watch St.Helens.

The England game TMO was Glenn Newman. The ref today was Glenn Jackson.
