    ive got it after having a stroke its like you cant lift your toes when walking

    Yeah, I've got it.

    I try to concentrate every step, but often scrape my left toe along the floor.
    Doesn't take long to wear a hole in a trainer - costs a bomb over the years if a pair only lasts a few months - wore out quicker when I was working.


    I have a contraption to fit into my shoe to keep the ankle at a right-able, but it's a pita to put on with long trousers, and isn't very comfortable.
    Probably go back to wearing it in the summer, when I can wear shorts.

    Never heard of drop foot but Ben Turner had a club foot.
