Every day I buy a nice farmhouse loaf from a red-headed man at the shop down the road. He is quite literally a ginger baker. Does anyone else know of a local businessman who's profession, when preceded with a one-word description of him, forms the name of a classic rock drummer?

I've been cheating and using a bread machine lately, but I've made gorgeous sourdough bread in the past like this;-

The only thing i would say against the bread I've made this way is that to get the best out of it, you need to eat it quickly becauase, if it's left for a day or two, it loses its texture and can be quite bland.

Not a drummer but I know someone called Harris who cleans drives with high pressure hoses so he is Jet Harris

The supermarkets down my way out of bread and milk.
The smaller convenience shops have plenty.
    Big is not always best.
    Support your local shop!
