    Brentford rearranged delay

Is there any obvious reason why the game has not already been rescheduled for next Tuesday week.
Seems odd the obvious date has not been taken.

    Re: Brentford rearranged delay

Given that we currently have Traore, Pelts, Jazz, Mozza, Ralls, Gunners, Ward x 2 injured I would imagine our officials are pushing for a later date and Brentford are not. Hence the delay in announcement.

Presumably the EFL would object to that plan.

    Re: Brentford rearranged delay

Good for us in that we've got Saturday and the following Sunday so a Wednesday game would give us 4 days between both.

Not sure if injuries to key players like Ralls may play a part in Warnocks thinking and may want to delay it.

I have to be in France Tuesday week so hope it's played later rather
    than sooner.

    Re: Brentford rearranged delay

Game has to be at the earliest reasonable opportunity. See 28.1 https://www.efl.com/-more/governance...n-5--fixtures/

Surely it will be March 13.

    Many things to factor in.

Number 1 - what other games are on in London the same day ?

The MET only has 250 bobbies available per day since May took over.

According you the current fixture list for tue 13th, Orient v Torquay is the only fixture in London.
