There’s a lot of decent punters who like and look forward to these games who can’t afford subscription tv.
I know it’s fashiionabke on here to knock rugby but shame on the Pro 14 league, greedy bastards.

Premier Sports have picked up the rights. Good. Now they know what it's like to be a football fan, never on terrestrial TV for a live league game and having to go or depend on the radio. Finally BBC Wales can stop funding Welsh rugby as handsomely as they have for decades.

Maybe they could get of the sofa and go and support the clubs locally ,it's not a huge entrance fee, they spent 100's on the autumn and six nation games.
Perhaps the BBC Wales/S4C could make a deal to broadcast live Principality Premiership matches instead.
Thank feck. I can watch Gardeners world on Friday night now (if City aren't on Sky of course!)
Why don’t the fans try going through a turnstile ?? Just a suggestion.
How much were the BBC paying for the rights? When you say "regional" rugby, is it purely the rights to Welsh regional rugby? If so, and considering the paltry viewing figures whilst free-to-air, this is hardly going to make Premier Sports a big player. But, looking at the rights they have won in the past, they appear to be a bit of a small fish.
Bowls, National Conference, Gaelic Football, League of Ireland. And now, Regional rugby.
