Thread: Is this the deciding week ?

Is this the deciding week ?

We have two tough televised games against decent teams.

    We will drop points ?

Wolves next two are home and winnable against, Reading and Burton .

Fulham home to QPR you would say is winnable.

Positives we have a game in hand over Fulham.

We are on a run , capable of two away draws.

QPR v Fulham is a sort of derby?

Burton are desperate to stay up v Wolves.

    Reading are half decent side.

After the 10th April will be a good indicator of where we'll finish

Can’t see villa failing to beat qpr, then they have Bolton. 6 points for them almost nailed on. Tuesday is huge for us. We need that 3 points, not just for the points themselves but in the hope it disrupts villa...

I fancy Bolton to get something at home to Villa. They've had some good results there against top teams.

If we can get 7 points from the next 3 games we can talk again, then it's the 3 tough games, followed by the final 4 matches of the run-in. It is possible we could hit 90 points with some big results.

I’ve been really worried about Fulham but if we were lucky enough to get 3 points Tuesday they would have to make up 8 in 9 games. Not impossible but you’d rather be in our position then.

Other than Burton or Sunderland I don’t think there is another team in this league where I would 100% expect us to beat. My guess is that it’s the same for fans of other teams, yet people on here seem to expect that the teams around us are going to beat everybody and we’re not

Truth is that there isn’t a dominant Man City like team in the Championship

There's one team who might effect all of this (
    Millwall )

    In great form
    On 55 points .

The icing on the cake is theit last three games :
Home to Fulham and Villa , away to Boro .

    Cracking league this year .

I've been complimentary of Millwall a few months ago, only to be shouted down by a few who live in the past. I think they will have a say in the final run in. I hope they do enough to get into the play-offs. If that happens then they will have taken points off teams around us.

You were right I wouldn't like to play them in the Play Offs, there record against the top clubs has been very good.

    They could sneak in

Norwich will have a say as well, they play 3 home games in a row versus Fulham, Villa & City

It's a definite derby, they're about 3 miles apart and in the same borough.

I'm taking my Vallium sandwiches to Brentford tomorrow and I won't be bringing any back! Hope I've got enough to get me through it.
