Not named in Canada football squad for their match v NZ.
Anyone know why?

Gunnar is likely to play for Iceland, with Warnock's blessing, but will come back to Cardiff early.

Doubt that Etheridge will be back for Burton as he is playing in some god forsaken central Asian country on the Tuesday.

Paterson has games for Scotland with Hungary being on the Tuesday so he should be back.

Manga is in Thailand a week Friday so should be ok.

Not sure about Gujic or Ken.

Haven't heard of a reason over here, Canada has a new manager now and they are having a week long camp in Spain only playing once on March 24th. Can only imagine Hoilett/Warnock would prefer not to join up for this one?

I for one is over de moon ,they must be dark horses for the world cup if they have better players than our Junior

Definitely a good idea for Junior to have a rest. I assume it's been agreed between the managers, hope so anyway.
Mind you, Junior might have liked a week in Spain!
