I suspect the second photo was taken from a game a few weeks ago where there was significant snow.
The snow on the second one is clearly on a grass embankment making it look worse than it is. You can see the road behind the trees is completely clear.

If only you could see a sign in the background or someth8ng which said next game, and it wasn’t us. Now that would be amusing.
Still, shocking they have gone for this but I reckon karma will bite Derby on the ass with this. Hopefully they will miss out in the playoffs

You can see from this video that their photo was taken even further back to make sure it got some snow into it.
