    Serious complaint to the ticket office

    Every time I queue online and get to position 1 in the queue the phone rings once and I get put back in the system where you start.

    I’ve so far queued from position 5
    Position 12 and position 9.

    I am not happy.

    Your IT people must know this happens and you are stealing money from your fans.

    They need to sort this disgusting issue out now. It’s not the first time I ha e wasted time and money only for their computerised system to cut you off st the exact point they are supposed to deal with you.
    I can accept it happening once. People drop receivers ... we’ve all done it. But this is a computer system fault and it stinks.

    Just been to renew our season tickets as couldn’t get through on the phone. About 15 people in front of us and took 40 minutes. Only 2 windows open. Not having a go at the ticket office staff but at busy times the club should get more staff in.

    To be fair I wouldn't expect it to be as busy as that on a Tuesday morning

    Renewed my season tickets and got Villa tickets as said above only two people serving.When I got down there, about 9-50 there was about 10 people waiting, I was expecting them to open at 9 when I came out of the ticket office there were about 30/40 queuing.

    How many tickets did they give us Tony?

    I had other things to do after going down there so I had to get there early as banks are still allowed to get away with opening at 9-30 in the morning
