Damn right. It’s the principle. Why are some people so keen to want Derby to get away with cheating.

Of course they can ignore it.

I was a bit ambivalent about the petition when i first saw it - but eventually signed it for the reasons others have given. Derby clearly cheated to gain an advantage. That hurt Cardiff and the other teams fighting to get in the top 6. It also put a lot of people out of pocket - I'm looking at my useless rail ticket now. They have been dishonest and shouldn't be able to get away with it. I doubt the EFL will do anything at the end of the day - but I want to make Derby sweat as much as possible, and make it very uncomfortable for them. If nothing else their reputation has taken a hit, and the petition goes a very small way to increasing their pain. It might just make another club, faced with the same opportunity to cheat, think twice.
