"The State Department will publish new rules this week that would require most visitors and immigrants to the U.S. to turn over their recent social media histories, carrying out one of President Trump’s key security enhancements from his extreme vetting executive order.
Travelers would also be asked to list previous phone numbers, email addresses and international travel during the previous five years, and to detail any immigration problems they’ve had, whether with the U.S. or elsewhere."

If CCMB is classed as social media there are a few posters on here who might never be allowed into the USofA 🎣
The US is paranoid. Its a sign of bigger things to come.
I wouldn't dream of visiting Trump's America.
I was thinking about visiting the USA soon - we always put it off until we were 'older'. We are now 'older'.
My experience of the USA so far is Bangor (Maine) airport and Atlanta Airport (twice) and neither was much of an advert for Trumpland.
I'm not impressed by key security enhancements and extreme vetting - but we have been to Russia in the last 5 years so assume we will just be waved through?
its been a option on your ESTA for a while now
Best Customs Officer / Border control entry in in Dublin airport ( the US have a section and its set-up as a US entry point, you get of the plane as a US internal passenger ) our 3 times though Dublin have been outstanding, the first time a guy called Brad was so unlike the " norm " that we had to fly though again the next year to check it wasnt a fluke, it wasnt, now we aim to fly through Dublin just for that reason
