My son and I need to move from the family stand this time cos he's 16. We want to move to the Canton. Easy you would think.

I try to renew on line (nothing available) so am told to call ticket line.
Ring ticket line- they can't help cos I'm relocating.
Ring the ticket office and am told by recorded message to call ticket line.

Other than visiting the stadium is there any way I can get my tickets?

I was going to change our seats a little further back in family stand but there is no option to do it online only renew current seats, little annoying.
Seems the only way would be to go down, normally phone would be ok but they seem busy down the office with queues of people.

It isn't sold out as I've not renewed mine, and still have until the 8th.
Perhaps current ST are showing as unavailable online..will see more available for people that don't renew before 8th.

Nearly all the Canton is ST holders, and it’s extremely unlikely that your going to get many non renewals. The only chance will be if people move stands.
Also, if we get promoted, they will sell STs for the Ninian Upper, and you’ll get people moving up there, freeing seats up elsewhere.

Wasnt the cut off date April 8th ? , in that case - cant you renew for the Family End - to make sure you get the discount, then the day after the cut off date - then apply to move.

That is what I was advised to do by the ticket office. The current ST seats dont become available to the general public until after the cut off - hope that helps.

Can't do that as my son is too old.

I'll pop down on Saturday and sort it out but that doesn't change the fact that there should be a better system in place to enable me to renew on line.

Put it this way, no ST's are currently available in the Canton Stand.

Seems dembe has had a mare and read the post as family stand (as the OP was about)
Getting up before 6am really does me no favours.
