So, there is a trans-gender person representing New Zealand in the weightlifting.
This person was born male but now identifies as female. Still has male skeletal density and muscle density. Still has male testosterone levels. Still has a penis and testicles. But is now, apparently, a female because he says he is. (sorry - SHE says she is)
Will "she" have an unfair advantage in a strength sport?
Whilst we may see "her" clean and jerk, we clearly won't be seeing "her" snatch.
She's got balls , you got to give her that
If she has excessive levels of testosterone then won't she be disqualified anyway?
Are the bookies still taking bets?
