Looks great on YouTube! 👍
What are the odds on him scoring tonight?
Will we be awarded a penalty I wonder?
I'm minded to give him a break. He missed a penalty. Everybody misses one. He hasn't scored. He hasn't missed a guilt edge chance that I can see either. Penalty aside, which we all know is completely different He hasn't really started a run of games. Injury hasn't helped. I thought he was pretty decent up at Leeds and He set up Pilks equalizer against Sheff.Utd. I don't think he was the most popular signing in the first place but if he cost 1.5 mil I don't think people would care. He didn't decide his own fee. Ken has played better on the whole since he signed and Madine might play a bigger role yet.
If we don't go up it will be down to four straight losses in December early Jan , not madines penalty miss v wolves
Cut the guy some slack
I think we’ll see him tonight. Almost tempted to say he should start actually.
He’ll like a tussle with JT and the way neil Taylor has been playing at left back we should get plenty of crosses into the box from the right hand side.
Not a chance he'll start imo. Zahore tore both Terry and Chester apart in August, they just couldn't handle him and if it weren't for their goalkeeper we'd have scored 6 on the day.
We are obviously not playing to them same same levels now and Villa's away record is shocking compared to home. However, I would be gobsmacked if Madine started tonight.
Yes i meant next to zohore........ grujic Patterson hoilet and maybe Gunnarson behind.
So grujic and madine in for yanic and Bryson.
Or even NML just running at neil Taylor with 2 big strikers in the middle...... depends how much neil wants to go for it I guess.
A goal every 4 games. How many times has he started for us? He must be due a goal by now.
Problem was he wasn't bought as an investment - Mackay paraded him as being the guy who'd score the goals to keep us up, gave him the number 9 shirt. Only when it became apparent he wasn't good enough for the Prem at that time did he become "one for the future". 10m fee, £45k a week isn't what you pay for "one for the future".
