It may be me, but it seems that smoking has become more of an antisocial thing to do over the last couple of decades as well.

The half time toilet visit at Villa was awful, jam packed with smokers, I had to hold my breath. Still, keeps the population down and the cost of treating them is far outweighed by the tax revenue.
