Thread: What a fantastic day out

    What a fantastic day out

Not sure how many of us were there today, but my god were we rewarded in those last 5 minutes (same can't be said for the first 85 but we got there ). Seemed for all the world it was going to be another frustrating result on the bounce and out of nothing we found the result, and I can only describe the scenes as absolute limbs in that away end. Fulham tried to dampen our moods on the journey home but f*ck me do I love Brentford tonight! How one day of results can change so much..... Bring on Forest!

Sounds like an amazing, off the scale day out.

Glad you were there to enjoy. It was hell at home

    Amazing day.
Another memorable away trip in what has been a fantastic season.

The scenes after the goal were just pure delight.

Worth the 10 hour round trip

There's something about seeing big Ken's smile as he runs towards us knowing he's just won us the game. Priceless.

Bloody great away day. Went absolutely nuts with half dozen or so city fans on the train back to Liverpool Street watching the Brentford game on the phone. Train filled up with Notts County lot on their way back from Colchester, all banging on about how great our Neil is.

Why is it SO difficult to put into words the pure feeling of joy that we all felt when Kenneth and then Junior scored?

Literally there are no words for it, from pure frustration to pure elation, there's no better feeling than seeing the ball rolling past the keeper after travelling that far for such a vital 3 points. Will be buzzing from now until Fulham's game with Millwall

Does anybody know what Junior's "floppy hand" celebration is all about??
