A chance which Zohore should have buried. Could have been a very costly miss!

I thought he was man of the match.

Hope Peltier is fit. Looked vulnerable down that side after he went off.

Madine to start for me. Zohore to come on 2nd half.

Hopefully put to bed the rumours of us getting him fit for the world cup.

    Warrier tonight.

    MOM

Has had a poor few games on his return, but it was embarrassing to see people doubt his commitment.

Someone like him can have bad games, but won't ever give less than 100%

Just got back from the game, and the one thing that stood out for me is just what a fine all round player he is. It's incredible how many people have been posting how he's past it, or not trying because of the World Cup. My opinion, and it always has been, he's our best midfield player. Tonight he passed the ball well, ran his legs off, tackled all over the pitch, scored a goal, and made two last ditch clearances that stopped Forest scoring. Marvellous .

He sure put the haters on here back in their box tonight.

Wonder if Bluetit still wants rid of him?
Goes to show alcohol and knee jerk reactions can make you look silly.

    Re: Gunnar. Fair play

I'll give him credit, worked hard tonight his best game for a long time.

Bryson was absolutely immense, chasing and hassling everything all night.

Ralls was his usual composed self.

Gunnarsson still isn't Prem quality though.

Really! ok he scored and made an immense block but how many times did he give the ball away pointlessly no one can fault his commitment but I thought he was mainly useless tonight

Ralls is our best midfielder imho

Came in today and was excellent again

He's got a good long-throw, which I think our Neil likes.

What you on about? I would play him too as he has that extra string to his bow, and set pieces are one of our strong points, so basically every throw-in becomes a set piece. Warnock is playing Gunnar over Grujic as it works tactically. Just count the number of long throws we have seen during the last couple of games.

I've been vocal in saying he ****ed up the balance of our midfield, we took grujic out who was becoming the heartbeat of the team, and put in gunnar and started hoofing the ball.

He ran his legs off, but I'd rather him play a 10 yard pass than attempt a Paul Scholes 60 yarder.

He did well tonight because Joe Ralls was back in the team. Him and gunnar understand eachother. Ralls made the difference.

I'd still rather grujic in there.

Jazz could be back, if not I would like to see Paterson in that space. Would beef up our set pieces

As a fullback Paterson is never a fullback.

That's what our Neil says and he's God!!!!
