Basically the building has various meeting rooms where support groups for people with mental health problems can meet up ......they have groups for anxiety , bi polar disorder , eating disorders
They also run training days with guest speakers , social activity groups , friendship groups etc
Normally you have to be referred there by your doctor or psychiatrist but if you Google it you should be able to find something that interests you and just go along , mental health matters on nolton street have a lot to do with them
It's the large building opposite Bridgend bus station , on the other side of the road , park in Tesco's
