Thread: Sunderland at the cottage

    Sunderland at the cottage

    This might be interesting.

Zip all to play for BUT

Live on Sky the youngsters might just rise to the occasion and put a big nail in the Fulham balloon.
They can be beaten by them and would it be a shock.

    Come on you Mackems.

Sunderland have been leading until fairly late on in their last 4 games- and they’ve won 0 of them. I expect the same Friday. I’m saying 2-1 Fulham with 2 goals last 10 minutes or so.

Would it be the biggest shock in world football? No

But let’s be fair, they’ve not won in 5 and they’re bottom of the league. All the players playing will be on their way out and don’t care.

If it was a burton or Rotherham (or Peterborough!!!!) who were already relegated I’d give them a chance. You are right though, Sunderland’s problem isn’t they aren’t good it’s that the players actually don’t care. No reason why they will suddenly care on Friday. Hopefully Coleman will play the youth team though.

I won’t be putting my faith in Sunderland beating Fulham, we need to just focus on winning our 2 games and that means 2 x 90+ minute performances

Sunderland are utter shite with Chris Coleman in charge.

    What about duodenum?

We're all expecting Fulham to steamroller a dire Blunderland outfit but if their players have that same mindset it could prove their undoing.

That's actually going for 6-0 Fulham

Only chance is early Sunderland goal and Fulham fans to get a bit nervy now it all looks favourable for them again.

I'd say a comfortable 3 nil though, Sunderland had all season to show they are capable at this level and they aren't. Unfortunately

    Re: Sunderland at the cottage

Fulham might go and win this one but matches aren't won on paper. Sure Fulham might not have lost in ages. They have better players and are playing at home. Sounds like an easy win against bottom of the table.

Here's a few things that give us some hope:
*Sunderland no longer have relegation and can have a right good go at them without fear.
*They don't have the poisonous atmosphere of playing at home.
*Sunderland save their best performances for away games. (winning at Norwich, Burton, Forest and Derby)
*The last time Fulham lost was against Sunderland.
*Fulham have been riding their luck a bit of late and can't keep winning.

This is going to be an upset.

    Last 3 games:

    2012 Fulham 1-3 Sunderland
    2014 Fulham 1-4 Sunderland
    2015 Fulham 1-3 Sunderland

I've just got a feeling ........that Sunderland will nick a point

I had a feeling that Millwall would nick a point.

If they can put 3 on a very good an in form Millwall team they might reach double figures against Sunderland.

Once they get to 10 they’ll probably rest some players for the last game.

It's a bit weird if they start making substitutions after half an hour though. They might wait until they get 15.

If they'd have taken their chances in the first half, Millwall would have probably nicked more than a point. Credit to Fulham in the second half but Millwall shot themselves in the foot.

Win OUR two games. That is all that matters.
I don't care if Fulham win 10.0 in both games, if we take care of your business "every little thing, is gonna be alright"

Fulham down to 10 men after 23 mins for elbowing

Makes no sense. He will be doing a favour one way or the other.
