3 games in a row on sky they've had stupid decisions go their way, could have ended up losing to Brentford, wall being 1 up changes the game, and Sunderland at 2 up you'd expect even them to muster a point from there. That's us home and dry.
to be fair it was a tight call to make in real time. im more annoyed about the penalty.
Dont think 2-1 qualifies as a 'dicking' does it. Sunderland put in a good effort, which is all we could ask after the season they have had and very nearly got something out of it. The fact that Fulham only just won could help us next week by putting some doubt in their minds as to whether they can beat Birmingham away.
They may have wobbled in their last few home games but they have still ground out results. However, their away form is unbelievable, 5 wins on the bounce, hardly a goal conceded in that time. If we are to go up automatically we are going to have to get 2 wins on the bounce ourselves which back in March was well within us however recent form would suggest that this is going to be much easier said than done.
