    Realistic Signings

That could do a job in the big league, I'd like to see is Ryan Woods from Brentford and Mitrovic from Newcastle (on loan at Fulham) as a start.......

Tom Cairney, how much would he cost if Fulham fail to get promoted?

He is likely to join an established Premier club...

I'd take joe allen, we are going to need a pivot type player in the middle, if Warnock could bring someone in to protect him a bit, then that would be a good move.

Ive seen Joe Allen a number of times this season. Looks a shadow of the player he has been for Wales.

    Not form me.

I would imagine his next move will be to a team established in the middle of the pack, would be a cracking signing though.

    Re: Realistic Signings

Adama traore would suit us well I think

Fabianski from Swansea if they go down, he's one of a handful of keepers who consistently let's in fewer than the xg would suggest

And a bit of a wildcard option would be Sidy Sarr. He's contracted to kv Kortrijk so we could probably get him for a steal, he's on loan at chateauroux in French ligue 2 and has been their best player. Top scorer with 11 goals having predominantly played in defensive midfield. He's a bit of a giant and still only 21.
Possibly not quite experienced enough for NW but you never know, we might take him as a bench option.
On the down side he picked up a nasty knee injury in their game on Friday. Scored the opening goal and his side were well on top but it changed completely when he went off and it finished 1-1.

Woods, Fredericks ( who is out of contract), Shawcross, Mitrovic or Jutkevic ( spelling), maybe Shakiri ?

Johnstone the keeper Villa have on loan from United.

Maybe Bjelland who's also out of contract.

    Allen is a good shout.
I'd expect him to go to Swansea though - if they stay up

    Re: Realistic Signings

    keep Etheridge as number 1.
What we dont need is to break the bank which will make us living in squaller if we go down.
we need 10 misfits that Warnock can shake.
We need to keep hold of Groicic (spell) as he is more suited to the premier league..

Yep lots of goodies left in the Championship to pick at, Villa I feel will go up , think Fulham will hold onto players got money, Sessegnon will for big money and fund their season next year.

    Re: Realistic Signings

Tan's comments after were about looking for the next Vardy at 1million or Mahrez for £450,000. Thread so far has largely been the best of the championship and while I do think it's realistic our signings will be from UK teams I can also see us being put off by, for example, £8 million on Bobby Reid.

Position wise, I would start with the following as priorities:

    - right-back
    - CB
    - Striker

I was watching Chelsea v Liverpool yesterday and wondered about the possibility of trying to sign Nathaniel Clyne on loan. There are, seemingly, two good young right backs in front of him at Anfield now, Klopp has shown he is willing to business with Warnock when it comes to loaning out players (I'm not sure there are too many other Premier League managers who be willing to do that with Neil Warnock and I believe I'm right in saying Clyde played under Warnock at Palace.
