I would expect Danny Ward to be offloaded. You're probably right about Pilkington, but technically he can handle the Premier League, so he might be a stayer if the wages are right.

Team spirit got us up so an axe to the squad won't happen. We'll have players on our books next year who won't be premier league quality over a season but will hopefully do a job over 6 games or so and keep the good atmosphere going in tough moments.

Exactly. As warnock says it’s not rocket science- take the top 6 out of it and it’s basically championship quality anyway. I doubt there are many of 7th placed Burnley’s squad that would get us excited. And as bad as the recruitment under Malky was- we never entered the bottom 3 under him. It’s not great.

10 wins out of 26 will probably see us stay up but even that will be a big challenge.

Gunnarson will stay now.

As little change as possible really. If we come straight back down (like Burnley did under dyche) so be it.
