    The good luck Southampton thread

I’ve thought about whether I want the Jacks to be relegated or not and then I remember all the hatred for us down west, so bugger em.

    Come on Southampton

I'd rather Swansea stay up as Southampton have a very good squad compared to Swansea, who I think would go down next season

This is a good point. Swansea look like they're circling the drain. The Guardian had a thing the other week saying that out of all the relegated/relegation-threatened teams, Swansea were most likely to go into freefall. Southampton will be better next year if they stay up. If Swansea stay up they will be worse.

It’s win win really isn’t it. It’ll be a laugh if they get relegated, if they don’t we get the derby back. Is there a bigger buzz of anticipation as a City fan as waking up on the morning of a derby day?

    I hope Southampton destroy them.

4 hours? It's 25 years in the past when you travel those 40 miles.

Last time was an 8 o'clock meet an CCS, to be bubbled for a High Noon ko.

That's 4 hours, not counting the time it takes all the fans to get to CCS.

Yep they call it “the Sunderland way” now I believe. A few years in league 1 would suffice for delusional fools

The Derby isn’t what it used to be. The bubble trips put paid to that.

    Cmon Southampton

We desperately need a Southampton win tonight otherwise those pikey bastards will likely survive another season in the top flight.

I want Swansea to win. They are Welsh, sing the same national anthem and fly the same flag. This rivalry is complete nonsense.

Fly the same flag? I think you’ll find a few Union Jacks there tonight, so stuff em

Bollocks to that. Swansea are in real trouble but two Welsh clubs in the premier league is better than one.

They were relentless in Thier pissing taking of us, when we lost in the pl final, when they got promoted, when we lost the league cup final, when we got relegated from the prem league ECT ECT so **** em, I hope they get relegated and break their necks on the way down.

Be nice to do the double on them before they drop to oblivion.

Their level? A minute ago you were implying they were all sound because they are Welsh?

Drawing them in a cup tie and singing ‘we’ll never play you again’ is my idea of how I’d like the future to be

    Come on you Saints!
