    Nail varnish remover, and believe it or not you could try wd40 the uses for this is unbelievable

    Nail varnish remover does work on water based masonry paint because of the acetone content, on oil based paints it's not so successful. I've removed masonry paint from upvc using methylated spirit and some webrax, which is synthetic steel wool.

    Yes, you could use the above listed stuff, but it will only glide over bad paint stains.

    The best (and easiest) way to remove paint stains is to rub some CIF (used to be JIF). onto the bad marks, then scrape the paint off with these https://www.ebay.co.uk/i/33220689956...7752920&crdt=0
