Opening day. Who do you want? & home or away

Fixtures are released 2 weeks today.

How do you want to start the season.

After the disappointing trip to West Ham last time maybe start at home this coming season to someone like Southampton.

We should have four League games before first international break (Aug 11 / 18 / 25 / Sep 1) and a second round League Cup game w/c aug 27. Can’t rule out a midweek League game in aug but I’d think it unlikely

Need the first game to be on the Sunday. I can't do the Saturday.

Anybody away - I'm on holiday until 14th August.

I checked some fixtures from clubs last year and if I'd missed Evertons first fixture on the opening day of the season I would have to have waited until 9th September for another home game.

I'm going to miss the constant run of games in the Championship.

A nice home game against a Southampton or someone, so we can hopefully, or give ourselves a good chance, of getting off to a flyer. Ideally want to play the big 6 spaced out, so we don't go on some awful runs where we won't look like getting any points.

Might need to wait a decade or two for that one to come back around.
