Thanks very much. I've started on it and will finish it later. I went on a tour of Benfica's ground a couple of years ago (another treat for my missus, I spoil her), they were obviously very proud of the Academy and rightly so. The total number of children involved is mind-boggling, I'm sure the guy said around 4,000. Hopefully we're paying attention to how successful academies operate, both at home and abroad, and are trying to emulate them as best we can. Trouble is, I guess, if we're bringing in new ideas at the younger age levels then it could take 5 or 10 years before we'll know if we're getting it right.
