Apparently 7 figure fee rejected although thought to be size of up front figure more than anything else.
Made me regardless!
Allowances for the level of opposition, the whole grainy UTube video thing etc. but I like what I saw in this video - don't know a great deal about him..

And an even better one from his time at Cheltenham to follow.

This kid has a seriously impressive scoring ratio
Thanks for links Bob, must admit I knew little or nothing about him other than JS quips about his surname! From the links although he is primarily right footed his left peg is none to shoddy either. These showreels can often be deceptive however! I would guess if move does materialise he'll be one for the squad.
Exeter's Hiram Boateng looks like a decent player in the lower divisions.

Behind the times in this thread! Comment #13
Could have had him for £200k a few months back, now being linked with Portsmouth, Leeds & Sunderland for £1.5M !!!!
Very talented & way too good for League 2
If he was that good, why didn't Charlton Athletic sign him up, when he was playing literally next door to them for Greenwich Borough?
I've seen him a couple of times for Cheltenham this year and he's very different to Zahore / Madine. Very quick & direct, likes taking players on in the box. If they're looking for another Vardy, he's got loads of potential. Even at £1.5M & £5k / week he's worth considering
Vardy was released by Sheff. Weds & then pottered around in non-league for 9 years.
I've seen him a couple of times this season, as Des Pareot said he's very quick and direct. He was the stand out player who looked too good for league two the twice I've seen him play.
Could be a really good signing, reasonably small gamble on what is a very good prospect.
Really wouldn't be disappointed to see him sign.
I stopped taking Youtube seriously when there was a natural cure for Malaria involving Gin, beetroot and and some weird plant found in the congo. I woke up in a strange hotel room in Arua, Uganda, two days after taking the remedy with a nasty cut on my leg, full on malaria and a Chinese guy feeding me herbal tea.
