Story on WO had Tan saying the Sultan pays for the shirt but they have had to look at all options now because Premier League status has put a higher price tag on it. Depends if the Sultan will pay the going rate.

My current guess is the kit had no sponsor logo on when that shoot was done. Nor sleeve sponsor which you can have in the Prem.
