Lots of good performances last night, thoroughly enjoyed the game. So much football on tv these days I rarely sit down for 90 mins engrossed in a game but last night I was.

He’s “Meh” for me. Has the makings of a top, top player but he frustrates the living daylights out of me with his sideways keep ball, especially when his team are leading. I was glad when Ronaldo equalised to teach Spain a lesson in not killing the game off. They were so arrogant they tried their keep the ball instead of getting a 2 goal cushion. Especially when Thiago come on.
I’ll wait to see everyone play first but for all their good forward play they looked like they could easily get at.
I thought Portugal gave them a load of problems before Costa equalised.

Portugal are organised and give Ronaldo a platform to perform whereas Argentina are a mish mash of shit. They were even in trouble every time Iceland could be bothered to attack. All over the place!
Yeah I agree and neither are amazing teams.
I actually don’t really care about who’s better out of Messi and Ronaldo though, for me the two best players ever and we are lucky to be able to watch them.
