Declan had a good few chances to show his skills in the 42 games he played for us and he's still learning the game at 22, plenty of time for him yet to progress. Still think he needs to come back across the border to prove him self again ,early days for him .

Malone for me was the better full back of the two ,good at getting forward, a modern type of wing back I suppose ,he's applied his trade at good clubs since leaving us .

Wasn't very good in my opinion . Doing OK in Scotland doesn't prove anything because the opposition he is playing against is so poor.
Adam Matthews looked like a superstar there and he struggles to get in a championship team and was far better than John.

I liked Malone and it seemed foolish how we Let him go. I'm happy with Bennett .

I wouldn't expect John to be in a Wales squad when we have normal players available
