Warnock also said a few weeks ago that we had been after a player who was joining Bournemouth - wouldn't surprise me at all if he was talking about Brooks.

That’s right- didn’t even think of that.

Regardless of transfer money he strikes me more of as an Eddie howes Bournemouth player than a neil Warnock Cardiff player so not surprised he chose Bournemouth (if he did so).

I wonder if this move was sealed some time ago and that's why we got Murphy as they both seem to fit the mould who Warnock is bringing in but from what ive seen Bournemouth have got much better value
