We seem to have one of these articles each year but always interesting to see what smaller countries are doing to achieve success on the biggest stage. Lots of good things are going on in Wales (I wonder if we have any on here who have done a coaching course with the FAW and/or involved in coaching a local side?) and hopefully it's us who have this sort of article in 2-4 years time.

There definitely has to be room for it due to the ball control skills it promotes. I remember the Iceland article circa Euros was talking about importance of being able to play and the indoors arenas they built but surely futsal can be that where big indoor arenas or 3g pitches cannot be afforded.
noticed USA are now taking it seriously these days and as they love there indoor sports i can see them being a massive force in both fooball and futsal in the coming years

It will surely click for the USA at some point. They have such supreme finances to throw behind sport but also really understand how to use technology also.
Pob lwc to Cardiff University/Wales side out in Poland. A trip to Poland at this time of the year doesn't sound bad at all.
