Ideal scenario - Henderson scores an own goal with a minute to go. He also misses the last penalty to send Croatia through to the final.

In an interview after the game, Southgate calls his players a f#cking gutless bunch. Ruining his chances of a knighthood.

If not, you might feel more at home posting on there. I obviously can only speak for myself, but you just come across a bit antogonistic. You remind me of Jursset.

    Just an idea.

Come on lads most of us have some English blood, they are our nearest neighbours and we are all British.

Acting like jealous siblings won't make us feel better. Just be happy for them.

Wales let us down for this one, the follow up to the euros was awful.

    No need for that.

You can deny your heritage if you want but there's no debate necessary.

British identity is just a flexible Englishness designed to maintain England's hegemony over these islands. I don't identify as British.

Christ, talk about shaping a narrative to suit your own view point. As a man of such strong principle I presume you don't go on holiday often as you refuse a passport?

Sorry, I didn't realise we had to define our cultural identity by what we are told on a piece of paper! It's so much simpler now, I don't even have to think!

Say, you wouldn't happen to know any media platforms that can tell me how to FEEL British would you old boy, I'm awfully out of practice.

What the government says I am and what I say I am are two different things.
Anyway. On the football aspect of all this, this sums it up better than I could. https://nation.cymru/opinion/no-wale...and-heres-why/

That board is a complete atrocity. Jaw dropping some of it.

**Divine then paused for a second and thought to himself ...'Then again, I do want england to lose, so maybeeeee, I'm a massive racist fecker too. Is hating a football team even racist !? after all a team is not a person, is it !? At best it's an embodiment of national pride. Is it ok to hate English national pride ? I suppose the more inflated the english national ego becomes , the more spill over there will be in the surrounding areas, especially those with virtually no national media of their own to offer some perspective, and even less so one that is completely controlled from London, Maybe , we are in a kind of war of minds, whereby the choice is such that you cannot have a Juggernaut culture peacefully and voluntarily staying within it's cultural limits whilst allowing it's subsidiaries to breathe.......' Then all at once , as if nothing had ever happened in his life before and he had no memories or thoughts about anything whatsoever (apart from the Family Tree thread) , he went back to the Family Tree thread ...like the mindless (welsh) chimp that he really is.

Swanses are neighbours. They're Welsh too.

England are rivals. If there wasn't rivalry, we'd be spectators not fans
