    Frome has had a few punctures and crashes in the tour this year. G seems to be keeping out of trouble and misfortune (so far)

    I was glued to the TV for the last 30 km.

    Brilliant ride and win. He never looked in trouble and always had the power to cover any break from the chase group.

    Disgusting behaviour (again) from a section of the crowd - spitting, throwing liquids, acting like infantile pratts and causing crashes, and then booing Thomas on the podium.
