Tom Ince: Stoke City sign Huddersfield winger for initial £10m fee

10 Mill really doesnt buy you much these days
Do we have any players we can sell to Stoke? Ever since Rowett got sacked while competing for the play-offs on a tight budget with Brum he seems to be determined to spend the most money possible to lose in same competition.
With all the money they've spent I'd love to see them struggle.
Is it just me, or does anyone else not really rate Ince?
Way overated
Crazy money for an average player in his position, couldn't lace his old man's boots but probably made more money from the game.
Football's gone mad.
They’ll bounce straight back
Seems to have made a comfortable living from the game due to a surname rather than outstanding ability, about as successful as a player as his old man is as a manager.
I'm too lazy to check, but didn't he hold the record last season (in the PL) for the most shots at goal without scoring? I remember when it was in the 50s and I think that it continued until a couple of weeks before the end of the season (where he actually scored a winning goal, I recall).
He's a decent player. You'd want him in your championship team. But 10 million? Plus the wages? They'd better get promoted.
One of those good in the Championship, but not up to the Premier League players.
I have a horrible feeling City may have a few in that bracket.
Morrison, Bamba, Paterson, Mendez-Laing, Zohore and Madine for starters. I'm looking forward to seeing if they can make the step up.
The good news is that Brighton and Huddersfield players et al have proved that it's possible.
He reminds me a bit of Ross McCormack....
Bounces around from club to club not quite delivering but enough flare to tempt some...
They'll be in massive trouble if they don't get promoted.
